Jet Tila is the head chef at both The Charleston and Pakpao Thai, two restaurants that can be found in the city of Los Angeles, in the state of California. Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. has three locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, and Tila is the restaurant developer behind the business. Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is a chain restaurant, and Tila has worked for the company both as a restaurant developer and as a junior partner (also known as Pei Wei Asian Diner, LLC).
Tila was born in Los Angeles to Thai Chinese parents who had come to the United States independently in 1966. Tila is of Thai Chinese ancestry. His family has deep roots in the Hainan province of China, which is located in the south of the country. Tila has been married to his wife Allison for a very long time, and the couple has been blessed with two children: a daughter named Amaya and a son named Ren.
