About Sonja Morgan
Morgan attended the Fashion Institute of Technology to study marketing. Her clothing line, Sonja by Sonja Morgan, was introduced in 2015 and is available online and in the East 64th Street Vanessa Noel store. Prior to Century 21 declaring for bankruptcy in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, Morgan’s line was also sold in their retail locations. On October 13, 2016, Morgan was cited by The Huffington Post in an article about Lisa Boyne’s allegations of sexual assault against U.S. President Donald Trump. Boyne claimed that Morgan had asked her to a dinner with Trump, John Casablancas, a modeling agent, and five to six models. Boyne claimed that Trump forced the models to cross the table, examined them from beneath their skirts, and commented on their undergarments.
While performing in the play Sex Tips for Straight Women by a Gay Man, Morgan made her off-Broadway debut in 2017.
Sonja In Your City, a regional improv tour she started in 2021, with sold-out performances in New York, Boston, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
