About Chandra Wilson
Wilson began her career as a performer in musicals with Houston’s Theatre Under the Stars Company when she was just five years old. She received her education in both the performing and visual arts at Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and then completed her studies in drama at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, from where she graduated with a BFA in 1991.
Wilson is a celebrity ambassador for CureMito in addition to being an activist for the cause of cyclic vomiting syndrome, for which she serves as the spokesman for the Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome Association.
