Originally from Germany, Walter Droege was born in Dusseldorf. Founded in 1988 by Walter Droege and Hedda im Brahm Droege, Droege International Group is now one of the largest business consulting, restructuring, and corporate advising organizations in the world, with over $10 billion in annual revenues and 62,000 employees across 30 locations on four continents.
Droege operates on a hybrid approach, offering consultancy services to third parties while also investing directly in “buy and build” opportunities, primarily with corporate subsidiaries and midsize enterprises in unique situations.
