About Nikki Cox
The actress who portrayed Sarjenka in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Nikki” is Nicole Avery “Pen Pals” Cox. She eventually went on to star in the television shows Unhappily Ever After, The Norm Show, Nikki, Las Vegas (which had recurring roles for James Wellington and Harry Groener), and The Jake Effect.
She played Heather in the Boy Meets World episode “The Plasma Monster” and provided the voice of Petra Hammerhold in the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command episode “Killer Bees” for Disney.
With Earl Boen, Jenette Goldstein, Castulo Guerra, Terrence Evans, and Abdul Salaam El Razzac, among others, she starred in the science fiction sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 1991. She also worked on the television film Danger Island in 1992 with Richard Beymer, Gary Graham, and Christopher Pettiet, and the action thriller The Glimmer Man in 1996 with Bob Gunton and Blake Lindsley.
