American television sports journalist Hannah Storen Hicks, better known by her stage name Hannah Storm, was born on June 13, 1962. Her estimated net worth is $3 million. Westminster Schools in Atlanta, where she attended high school. Her alma mater is Notre Dame, from which she earned a degree in political science and communications in 1983.
While still a Notre Dame student, she began working as a broadcaster in South Bend, Indiana. After graduating, however, Hannah accepted a position as a disc jockey and sports reporter in Texas, where her last name, Storen, evolved into her stage name, Storm.
Hannah was finally hired as the co-anchor of CNN Sports Tonight in 1989 when Atlanta-based CNN became interested in her sports reporting. Hannah, who left CNN for NBC, covered a wide range of sports and made news when she unintentionally riled up former baseball player Albert Belle, who was often riled up. Prior to a 1995 World Series game, she was waiting in the Cleveland Indians locker room for All-Star Kenny Lofton when the irritable Belle came in and yelled obscenities at her. The incident sparked a debate and wave of unhappiness.
Hannah was chosen to be a member of the new four-anchor structure for CBS’s The Early Show that year.
Storm and Andrea Kremer made history in 2018 when they called a Thursday Night Football game on Prime Video as the league’s first female play-by-play team. Hannah Storm’s net worth is projected to reach $3 million as of 2023. In 2015, Storm took over announcing the news on SportsCenter after Stuart Scott passed away.
