Former equity trader Anton Kreil became a TV star when he appeared on reality series Million Dollars Traders as a manager of the group of amateur investors who were trying to make money in stocks. Among the group of contestants were banking consultant, IT engineer, student, and even a working mother. Kreil’s total net worth is estimated to be over $8 million.
After the show Kreil received thousands of messages from people who wanted him to teach them how to trade. This inspired him to fond the Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management. It offers video series on professional trading. Kreil also organizes free trading seminars with other investors such as Raj Malhotra.
On the top of that Kreil offers direct contact mentoring with him and Christopher Cathey who is also former Goldman Sachs trader. Their guidance is suppose to help beginners who are tackling the daunting task of day trading.
Anton opened his first investing account when he was only 16. By the age of 26, he was already working at JP Morgan as a vice president of European Equities. He retired in 2007, traveled around the globe for a while, and eventually accepted the offer to appear on Million Dollars Traders.
