How Did The D.O.C. Get So Rich?
Tracy was born June 10, 1968 in Dallas, Texas. Originally, he was a member of the hip hop group Fila Fresh Crew that disbanded in 1988. That’s when his solo career started. The D.O.C. released his first solo album No One Can Do It Better. All looked well until tragic car accident in the same year, that apparently crushed his larynx and damaged vocal cords. But after recovery, The D.O.C. returned. In 1996, he released Helter Skelter followed by Deuce in 2003.
The D.O.C. is making a nice comeback. In 2014 he played in the movie We From Dallas and in 2015 was impersonated by Marlon Yates, Jr. in Straight Outta Compton.
