Buddy Valastro, whose real name is Bartolo Valastro Jr. is an American author, baker, cake designer, producer, and reality television star. He’s best known for his appearances on numerous cooking shows – “Kitchen Boss”, “Next Great Baker”, and “Buddy’s Bakery Rescue”. In addition to his work on television as both judge/host, director, and producer, Valastro is also the owner of his own bakery and restaurant named “Carlo’s Bakery” and “Buddy V Ristorante”, respectively.
