Going by his ring name Mr. McMahon, Vince McMahon was a professional wrestler himself having been a two time world champion, he was better known as the impresario of World Wrestling Entertainment, having transformed the WWE from a niche sport into worldwide phenomenon and mainstream viewer sports.

He is the CEO of WWE and as of 2023, Vince McMahon is estimated to have a net worth of $2.2 billion, although in 2018, his net worth was reportedly $3.6 billion owing to the increase in price of the stocks of WWE.

He was a professional wrestler for the WWE for about 8 years before he went into the movie industry, with his first debut films in The Mummy Returns (2001) and The Scorpion King (2002). These two films started his film career, and since then he is now one of the highest-grossing actors of all time.

As a wrestler, he was known as The Rock, and while he was successful as he was considered one of the greatest wrestlers and biggest wrestling draws of all time, Dwayne Johnson also headlined the most pay-per-view event ever.

As of 2023, The Rock, Dwayne Johnson is estimated to be worth $700 million.

Cena is a five-time United States Champion, four-time world tag team champion, and a 16-time world champion. He has also headlined several major WWE pay-per-view events, including their flagship event, Wrestle Mania, five times.

Cena has also crossed over to the movie industry, having starred in films such as The Marine (2006), 12 Rounds (2009), Trainwreck (2015), Ferdinand (2017), and Bumblebee (2018), and F9 (to be released in 2021).

Stone Cold Steve Austin was initially called Stunning Steve Austin in the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1991 to 1995. His character was that of a handsome man who used his good looks and flowing blonde hair. After a brief stint in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) in late 1995, he signed with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) under the ring name of The Ringmaster.

A year later after he lost his hair, he morphed into Stone Cold Steve Austin, a brash, vulgar, beer-drinking antihero who was anti-establishment and defied his boss, WWE chairman Vince McMahon. Austin’s character was enormously popular during what was known as the boom period WWE’s business and popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Paul Michael Levesque is an executive in charge of WWE’s Global Talent Strategy & Development division. As a former wrestler, he was known by the ring name Triple H.

During his wrestling years, Levesque own a number of championships. He was a five-time -Intercontinental Champion, a three-time world tag team champion (two World Tag Team Championship reigns, and one Unified WWE Tag Team Championship reign), a two-time European Champion, and a fourteen-time world champion, making him the company’s seventh Triple Crown Champion and second Grand Slam Champion. He is also a two-time Royal Rumble match winner, and a King of the Ring tournament winner.

Levesque is married to the daughter of Vince McMahon, and the couple is subject to a lot of media attention.

In 2019, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the D-Generation X stable.

During his active years, Paul Donald Wight II was a seven-time world champion, having held the WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice, the WWF/WWE Championship twice, WWE’s World Heavyweight Championship twice and the ECW World Heavyweight Championship once, and the only wrestler to have held all four titles.

Kurt Steven Angle is known for his quick understanding of the professional wrestling business. In his rookie year, Angle made his televised in-ring debut in November and received his first major push in the company in February 2000 culminating in his holding the European and Intercontinental Championships simultaneously. Four months later, he won the 2000 King of the Ring tournament and soon thereafter began pursuing the WWF Championship, which he won in October.

Angle has also held the WWF/WWE Championship four times, the WCW Championship once, and the World Heavyweight Championship once. He is the tenth Triple Crown Champion and the fifth Grand Slam Champion (accorded this title twice under both the original and current format) in WWE history.

Hogan gained worldwide recognition after signing for World Wrestling Federation in 1983. There, he adopted the persona of an all American hero and helped create the professional wrestling boom of the 1980s. Hogan also won the WWF Championship five times, and he is the first wrestler to win consecutive Royal Rumble matches, winning in 1990 and 1991.

In 1996, he became Hulk Hogan, leading the popular New World Order (NWO) stable. Hogan also headlined WCW’s annual flagship event Starrcade three times, including the most profitable WCW pay-per-view ever at the event’s 1997 edition.

He returned to WWE in 2002, and won the WWE championship for a sixth time, before departing again in 2003. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. He returned to WWE again in 2018, and is still active in the ring.

Hogan built a solid acting career, beginning with his 1982 antagonist role in Rocky III. He has starred in several films (including No Holds Barred, Suburban Commando and Mr. Nanny) and three television shows (Hogan Knows Best, Thunder in Paradise, and China, IL), as well as in Right Guard commercials and the video game, Hulk Hogan’s Main Event. He was the frontman for The Wrestling Boot Band, whose sole record, Hulk Rules, reached #12 on the Billboard Top Kid Audio chart in 1995.

Lesnar is an eight-time world champion in WWE, a one-time world champion in NJPW and IGF, a one-time heavyweight champion in the UFC, and a one-time heavyweight wrestling champion in the NCAA, the only person in history to win a championship in each of those organizations. Net Worth: $15 million

She was the first woman to win a medal in judo at the 2008 Summer Olympics. After that Ronda pursued a career in mixed martial arts (MMA). She won her MMA debut for King of the Cage before going to Strikeforce where she was the last woman champion of Strikeforce before it was acquired by Ultimate Fighting Championship in 2011. After UFC took over Strikeforce, Rousey the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion. In a fight with Liz Carmouche at UFC 157, Rousey successfully defended her title and the fight was UFC’s first ever women’s fight. She would go on to defend her title until she finally lost to Holly Holm.

In 2018, she became the first female fighter to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame.

She went on to headline the inaugural WWE all-women’s pay per view event where she defended her title against Nikki Bella at WWE Evolution.

Outside of the ring, Ronda Rousey is also quite successful in the movie industry, having appeared in The Expendables 3 (2014), Furious 7 (2015) and Mile 22 (2018).

She released her autobiography My Fight/Your Fight in 2015.

This martial arts exponent is as of 2023 worth an estimated $15 million, and has earned her wealth by working very hard.

More of a promotor and businessman of the wrestling industry, Jeff Jarrett began his career in his father’s Continental Wrestling Association back in 1986. He became popular when he jointed WWE, making his debut in 1992. Before joining World Wrestling All Stars in 2001, Jeff was back and forth between WWE and World Championship Wrestling.

In 2002, Jeff and his father established NWA Total Nonstop Action now known as Impact Wrestling. In 2014, Jeff founded the Global Force Wrestling himself and after a period of challenging time when GFA and TNA failed to merge, Jeff wrestled briefly in Mexico before returning to the WWE.

Over the course of his wrestling career, Jarrett has had over 80 championship reigns, among them the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (six times), WCW World Heavyweight Championship (four times), WWA World Heavyweight Championship (twice), USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship (three times), and AAA Mega Championship (twice). He was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2015 and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.

At one time, Shawn Michaels was the face of WWE. Unlike other wrestlers, Shawn has been with WWE since 1988, and although he was active in wrestling until 1998 owing to a back injury, he had stayed on to perform non-wrestling roles for about two years until 2000 when he returned to the ring for a fight in his own Texas Wrestling Academy.

Michaels returned to WWE in in 2002 but retired again in 2010 and was made a trainer in 2016. His last fight was in 2018 when he once again returned to the ring.

Christopher Keith Irvine is currently the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band, Fozzy. These days, in between concerts and recording, Jericho would return to the ring.

Jericho is best know during the years 1999 to 2018 where he was with WWE. He has been widely recognized to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.

Within the WWF/WWE, Jericho is a six time world champion, having won the Undisputed WWF Championship once, the WCW/World Championship twice and the World Heavyweight Championship three times. Even though Mark William Calaway has one of the most ominous stage names, he was mostly a part-time wrestler during his active years, and he has been part of the wrestling scene since 1987 until he retired in June 2020.

He started with the World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) as various gimmicks and also for and other affiliate promotions. During this time, he became USWA Unified World Heavyweight Champion and WCWA Texas Heavyweight Champion. After signing with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1989, he had a brief stint in the mid-card as “Mean” Mark Callous, before joining the WWE in 1990 where he rebranded and became known as The Undertaker.

As The Undertaker, Mark had mainstream success with his scare tactics and links to the supernatural. In fact he was one of the main characters of the WWE’s flagship annual event, WrestleMania where he had a series of 21 straight victories, known as The Streak. He also headlined the event on five occasions.

He retired from the industry in June 2020, and made a farewell appearance at that year’s Survivor Series event.

It’s fair to say that Dave Bautista made more money as an actor than as a wrester with the WWE. He joined WWE in 2002 and retired in 2010. During his time with the WWE, he became known as Batista, and became a six-time world champion by winning the World Heavyweight Championship four times and the WWE Championship twice. He holds the record for the longest reign as World Heavyweight Champion at 282 days and has also won the World Tag Team Championship three times (twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena) and the WWE Tag Team Championship once (with Rey Mysterio).

He was the winner of the 2005 Royal Rumble match and went on to headline WrestleMania 21, one of the top five highest-grossing pay-per-view events in professional wrestling history.

Bautista re-signed with WWE in 2013, winning the 2014 Royal Rumble match and headline WrestleMania XXX before again departing that June. In October 2018, Bautista made his second return to WWE and faced Triple H at WrestleMania 35 in April 2019, before retiring from wrestling.
