The hugely popular series ran from 2003 to 2007 and comprised 100 episodes, making it the longest running Disney Channel series at the time. The series developed into a franchise with merchandise, video games, DVDs and character dolls.

In 2002, Raven-Symone was asked to accept the voice role of Monique in the animated series of Kim Possible. This was a recurring role, and she appeared in every season of the show and was involved in the two spin-off movies Kim Possible: A Stitch in Time and Kim Possible: So the Drama. Raven-Symone’s Total Net Worth

Raven-Symone had a wonderful start in life, being both a child model and a child actress. She was able to build on her positive start by taking a positive approach to the rest of her life. She views life with optimism, and sees her career in the same way. At all times she has behaved with consummate professionalism, and she recommends to others that if they are seeking success, then they must respect the work they do and the people they work with.

Much of her wealth comes from the income she received from the That’s So Raven show, which generated something in the region of an estimated $400 million from sales of merchandise, DVD’s, games etc. Even at a conservative estimate of her receiving a 10% share, she would have had revenues of $40 million from the show and it is likely that she earned more than that. Overall it is estimated that Raven-Symone has had career earnings of close to $80 million.

Of that amount, $5-7 million is expected to have been paid in business related costs. The remainder, $74 million, will have been taxed at 48% as Raven-Symone has been residing in the state of California but federal income taxes were a little lower in the 2000s. After tax, it is estimated that her career earnings are at around $38.48 million dollars, having paid $35.52 million dollars in taxes.

Raven-Symone married Miranda Maday in 2020 and they have stayed together. They have not adopted any children and Raven-Symone has had no children of her own. In her personal life she has been an advocate for gay rights and has said that she was “excited to hear that more states legalized gay marriage”. She does not seem to live a particularly lavish lifestyle, and admits that she has not yet had reason to touch any of the money that she made when she was a child actress working with Bill Cosby.

Raven-Symone has had no mental health or other health problems, she has not had a history of alcohol abuse and has seemed present and with it, both in her career and in her personal life. While she would have incurred certain costs, including business and personal expenses, it is also likely that she has invested her money profitably.

She has made very modest investments in property, including the $1.4 million she paid in 2009 for a 4,000 square-foot home in Sherman Oaks, California, which she has lived in. Her pattern of spending is in line with what one would expect with someone who is investing their wealth in stocks, bonds and other securities.

In her personal life Raven-Symone has likely spent $1-2 million dollars of her career earnings but also probably possesses assets valued at around $750,000, not including investment assets. In her investments, she may have earned investment returns of $10-14 million dollars. Therefore, it is estimated that Raven-Symone has a net worth of around $50 million dollars.

Summing-Up

Raven-Symone has spent almost her entire life in the entertainment industry, and has become a star. She believes in treating everyone with respect, and that explains why she is popular and has been successful throughout each aspect of her career. Respect should be shown to each person you come across, regardless of the role they play in your life.
