Pawn Stars is one of the oldest running reality television shows. It started back in 2009 and thanks to a continuing success History channel is still releasing new episodes. The series follows owners and employees of World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop: Richard “Old Man” Harrison, Rick Harrison, Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison, and Austin “Chumlee” Russell. Richard “Old Man” Harrison died in 2018, Pawn Stars’s surviving members’ net worth is equal to an estimated $7 million.
Although in a real life, vast majority of loan deposits are gold and silver jewelry, the TV series focuses more on the rare and interesting vintage artifacts with a value that is often hard to estimate.
