We all remember him as the 16-year-old Doogie Howser, M.D., but he is now an adult and is the womanizer on the comedy How I Met Your Mother who we want to despise but can’t. Neil Patrick Harris will forever be remembered as everyone’s favorite child prodigy and everyone’s favorite trippin’ on ecstasy car thief because he was a doctor at the age of 16 and a hormonal womanizer at the age of 32, despite the fact that his on-screen characters appeared to advance somewhat backward (Harold & Kumar).

Neil has managed to enjoy a Hollywood drama-free career, but it hasn’t stopped the rumor mills from spreading theories about his sexual orientation. Perez Hilton, a famous celebrity blogger, exposed Neil in 2006 by publishing images of him with his alleged long-term partner on his website.
Instead of avoiding the rumors, Neil tackled them head-on and came out as gay. In October 2010 through a surrogate, he and his longtime companion, actor David Burtka, gave birth to twins, Gideon Scott and Harper Grace.
