Riot Game co-founder Marc Merrill is mostly known as one of the main people behind famous internet battle arena game called League of Legends. Thanks to his share in successful company, Merrill’s wealth is astronomical. As of 2023, his total net worth is estimated to be about $2 billion.
Marc was born August 17, 1980 in United States. He earned his college degree at University of Southern California. Merrill graduated in 2002 and his first job was Analyst position at USBank. After that, he worked at Advanstar Communications. But Marc was about to achieve much bigger success.
In 2006, Merrill co-founded video game development company Riot Games together with Brandon Beck. They released League of Legends. three years later and this multiplayer battle arena game became a huge hit. Despite this, they don’t want to rely solely on League of Legends.
