Laila Ali is an American actress, author, television personality an most notably former professional boxer. She’s the daughter and one of the eight of nine children of Muhammad Ali — one of the greatest boxers of all time. In 1999, she began competing and would go on to hold multiple titles including the IBA, IWBF, WIBA, WBC, super middleweight, and IWBF light heavyweight championship. After nearly eight years of being undefeated, she announced her retirement in 2007.
