So Imahara created the ‘bot for him. And thus was created the robot skeleton with the Mohawk, the blazing blue eyes, the post-apocalyptic jacket, and the nametag from The Price is Right. Imahara spent his weekends working on the ‘bot. As a specialist in special effects, he designed him similarly to two other well-known robots Imahara has created: R2-D2 and The Energizer Bunny.
