Flagg is a resident of Beverly Hills, California, and in January of 2013, he made the acquisition of a micro-estate above the Sunset Strip from David Katzenberg, who is a writer and producer and is the son of Jeffrey Katzenberg. In 2015, he transacted the sale of the property to Nicolas Pakzad, who is the son of the designer Bijan Pakzad. In June of 2015, Flagg acquired the estate of Michael Filerman, a producer who had previously won a Tony award.
The residence is situated on a street that has been home to a number of famous people in the past and present, including Don Johnson, Prince, and Ozzy Osbourne, and it is only a few of doors down from Paul McCartney‘s home, which he purchased from Courtney Love. Additionally, Flagg is the owner of the penthouse that belonged to his late grandmother and is located in the Century Towers complex in Century City.
Flagg started writing a book when he was just 14 years old. The book was about his grandmother, Edith Flagg.
