Television is grueling. The hours are grueling, it’s hard work, and there’s a lot of pressure to get it done without a lot of rehearsal time.” Evan Peters
Evan Peters is famous for his work in American Horror Story starting its first season in 2011. He was born on January 20, 1987, in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in the suburb of Ballwin. Evan is the son of Phil and Julie Peters. His father served as the Vice President of administration for the private Michigan foundation Charles Stewart Mott. He was raised as a Roman Catholic and therefore attended the Catholic grade school. He has one brother, Andrew, and one half-sister, Michelle.
In 2001, Evan and his family moved to Grand Blanc, Michigan, where he attended the local Grand Blanc Community High School. At that time, he began pursuing modeling all in all while taking local acting classes.
At the age of 15, he moved to Los Angeles with his mother to pursue an acting career. As a sophomore, he attended the Burbank High School but was eventually homeschooled. Almost immediately after his move to California, he began to audition for various commercials and television series.
After failing to land a role that can help him start off his career in the film industry, Evans was chosen by the producer Michael Picchiottino for the main role of Adam Shepherd in the 2004 drama film Clipping Adam. That year he also made his television debut in the drama series The Days, where he portrayed the character Cooper Day for six episodes. From his work on The Days and other projects, Evan was able to earn enough to live and support himself as a professional actor.
As well as Stan Bowes in the first season of the FX drama Pose, and his role as the mutant Quicksilver in the superhero films X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Dark Phoenix.
Towards the end of the year, he received roles in the series Phil of the Future and Invasion. Towards the end of the decade, he took part in the films An American Crime, Remarkable Power, Never Back Down, and Kick-Ass.
In 2011, after defeating hundreds of actors, he was announced as one of the leading characters in the first season of the FX anthology series American Horror Story named “Murder House”. His highly praised performance of the character Tate Langdon was also his breakthrough as it not only helped him become very famous on a national level.

Peters’ Total Net Worth
Over the past decade, Evan Peters has been very consistent in his acting and earned an estimated net worth of $1.8 million dollars. Not only does he possessess 47 acting credits to his name but he has also appeared as himself another 40 times. Of course, when Peters appears on shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! and so on, he will not be being paid much, if at all. However it is an opportunity for him to gain a larger audience and also promote the films and TV series that he is a part of. In fact, many productions stipulate that the actors must do a certain amount of interviews and so on as promotional efforts for the shows they are featured in.
Most of all, Peters has earned a tremendous amount from his appearances in American Horror Story, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and X-Men: Apocalypse. He may have earned $2.5 million alone for these appearances. That includes his work as a producer as well, for American Horror Story for which he has produced more than 10 episodes. It is estimated that Peters has earned another $1 between his remaining 44 acting credits and his 40 appearances as himself.
With total earnings of $3.5 million, it is estimated that Evan Peters may have a net worth of about $1.8 million. One must remember that it is unlikely that Peters would have held onto all of his earnings as that is not true to life. It is more plausible that he sustained some losses in managing his new found wealth, spent some money unwisely, he has been pictured in what appears to be a brand new Range Rover for example. He also still has needed to pay tax and has earned quite large amounts in certain years, between 2020 and 2022, which would have caused him to pay large sums at the highest tax rates.
What made Peters so successful were his roles in films and series, especially in anthologies, horrors and thrillers. After his work on the first season, Evan Peters became a regular cast member of the show that portrayed different characters in the FX series. He is one of the several actors from the show to appear in all ten seasons of the show. Among some of his most notable roles are in the seasons Asylum, Coven, Freak Show, and Hotel, thanks to which he earned nominations for a bunch of Young Artist, Satellite, and Critics Choice Television Awards.
