About Eric Dickerson
Dickerson was an All-American who played college football for Southern Methodist University’s Mustangs. In the NFL, he played professionally for the Los Angeles Rams, Indianapolis Colts, Los Angeles Raiders, and Atlanta Falcons after being chosen in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft. He gained nearly 13,000 yards on the ground throughout his NFL career. With 2,105 yards in a single season, he set the record for the NFL in 1984. Dickerson was selected for the NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team in 2019 after being enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1999.
