He was born on July 23, 1964, in Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base just near Oceanside, California. He’s the first of two children to a mixed ethnic background family. His father, who served in the military for several years, is of German and Irish descent, while his mother is from Mexico. The television personality matriculated from the Sand Pedro High School, from which he graduated in the 1980s.
