For Red Sparrow, she did try to consider what she ate because the character was an ex-ballerina but she promptly ditched it. “I discovered this Viennese kielbasa sausage in an uncircumcised French-bread roll with pickle relish,” she explained. After having one every day, she realized diets weren’t for her.

15. January Jones

In a 2016 interview with ELLE, January Jones revealed that she could never be one of the Hollywood people who do cleanses. “I need to eat, or I get lightheaded and angry,” she said. She prefers doing her own thing. “I love taking enzymes and probiotics and feeling good and being healthy and eating healthy, but I’m not going to starve myself or do a milk cleanse.” In an earlier 2011 interview, she explained to Allure, “I don’t deny myself anything. She explained to OK!, that she used to be sporty in school but finds the idea of going to the gym just to run to be rather unexciting. She added to Well & Good, “I really genuinely believe that you can do all the healthy eating and all the exercise in the world, but that people look their best when they are content in some way. So the focus maybe should be less aesthetic and more like, ‘How do I feel good and balanced and happy?'”

Bryce Dallas Howard has spoken out about how she sometimes purchases her red carpet outfits so she can have more options as a size six. No, she’s not going to be pressured into losing weight to fit into sample dresses. Diets aren’t her thing. She told InStyle about how she had tried dieting to look a certain way for a part and is done with it because it got her into an unhealthy head space. She explained her new body positive philosophy. “Recognize that your body is your best girlfriend,” she said. “It’s a weird esoteric concept, but it works.
