Barry Williams, whose real name is Barry William Blenkhorn, is an American actor and singer. His career started off in his twenties during the 1960s. Barry rose to prominences for in the 1970s after he joined the ABC sitcom The Brady Bunch, where he portrayed the character of the oldest Brady son, Greg Brady.
The actor and singer became famous thanks to his talents in the entertainment business. He was born on September 30, 1954, in Santa Monica, California. He’s of Canadian, English, German, and Scottish ancestry. Williams has two older brothers – Craig and Scott Blenkhorn. He grew up in the Pacific Palisades area of California and the actor Peter Graves was his neighbor. During his adolescent years, Barry spent most of his time watching television and always saw himself as an actor.
His television debut came in 1967 at the age of 13. The child actor starred in two the television series at the time – Run for Your Life and Dragnet 1967.
