Los Angeles-born When Andrew was four years old, his family moved to Surrey, England (the origin of his English accent), and he later enrolled at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. From there, Andrew began his stage career at the Royal Exchange Theater in Manchester, where he won accolades for his exceptional work in plays including Kes.
